Fees

to guests only)
- One dinner only (FRIDAY):

Payment
Details
- All registration fees
must be paid in US Dollars. Full payment must be made prior to
attendance of the event. Registrations must be completed (one
registrant per form) with full payment by the stated deadlines
to be accepted at the applicable rate.
- There are three payment
options: credit card, check, and (within WSU) IRIs.
- VISA/MasterCard are
the the accepted credit cards.
- Make checks
payable to Washington State University and send to the address
below. Please note 'Franceschi Symposium' at the bottom of
the check.
- WSU Employees paying
with an IRI: please provide the Budget and Project
numbers.
- No PO Payments:
WSU Extension and Meeting Management no longer accepts purchase
orders. However, you may use the check payment option, print
an invoice and give it to your finance department to process
against your PO#. They will mail a check to us.

- Refund/Cancellation Policy:
The registration fee, less $10, will be refunded if you cancel
prior to May 20, 2006. After that time, no refunds will be made
for cancellation. Cancellation requests must be emailed to Paula
Gibbs at molecular-plants@wsu.edu. No telephone cancellations
are accepted. Cancellation requests may be subject to a service
charge. Cancellations after the deadline date or no-shows are
subject to the full registration fee. No partial refunds for functions
not attended. Please note: Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Partial or full fees that have been forfeited will not be applied
to subsequent events.
